Can I get my product repaired?

Yes, we take great pride in delivering Lara Pearl to you and we are sorry if the product you received is damaged. Please fill in the form at the contact us page and our repair team will tend to you request within 24 hours.

How do I clean and store my pearls?

As a general rule, your pearl jewelleries should be the last to be put on and the first to take off. You can use a clean dry cloth to clean the pearls if they are in contact with cosmetics products (perfume, lotion or hairspray etc). Please store your Lara Pearl in our pouch as it has anti tarnish properties which will prevent precious metals from tarnishing.
